From July 17th 2006 to the end of the month there were no Trails to report. Read my August report for whats going on relative to this inactivity.

Sun. July 16th 06  Weather wise: Same as yesterday. Clear with some fire haze East of Sac. A small strip of clouds showed up North of Sac. late in the day.It was HOT! over 100 today and supposedly for much of this coming week too. Trails wise: None to report. We have had very little daylight Chemtrail activity and no night time ones either that I could see of late. Must be studying up on results of last experiments. That or maybe its just to blamed hot. I have counted only 3 days of spraying in the last month. Just prior to that we had 15 straight days of spraying. Crop dusting of humans. What are they trying to grow... or destroy?

Sat. July 15th 06  Weather wise: Clear with some fire haze East of Sac. Trails wise: This morning I saw what could have been Chemtrails but since I did not see them being laid out and only saw them when they were fluffed out a little and since the string of three short ones could also of been clouds, I'll call this a non-Chemtrail day. There were no other trails of any kind out today.

Wed. July 12th 06  Weather wise: Clear with some fire haze east of Sac. Near 100 degrees out. Trails wise: No trails. ChemHaze and smoke from fires in the area. Thought I saw what looked like North/south aligned Chemtrails early this morning. But they were so far away east of me and already fuzzy. I can't say for sure that they were Chemtrails.

Fri. July 7th 06  Weather wise: Clear Trails wise: None. ChemHaze every day though. They may be spraying just enough at night to keep the haze present.

Tue. July 4th 06  Weather wise: Partly cloudy, Mid 90's Trails wise: Light Chemtrail activity today. Watched them work them in near the real clouds. Got some pictures, here they are. ChemHaze present.

Mon. July 3rd 06  Weather wise: Clear most of the day with the exception of what follows. Trails wise: No trails but the ChemHaze was there.

Fri. June 30th 06  Weather wise: Clear skies but more smog than yesterday. Trails wise: No trails of any kind today. Chemtrail haze with smog. More of the latter was observed.

Thu. June 29th 06  Weather wise: Clear skies, some smog Trails wise: No trails of any kind today. Chemtrail haze still around.

Wed. June 28th 06  Weather wise: Partly cloudy Trails wise: Saw several Chemtrails this morning. And a few this afternoon. Like yesterday it was a light Chemtrail day. Here is one picture of today's.

Tue. June 27th 06  Weather wise: Partly cloudy. Also there was a thin layer of grey cloud like mass. Trails wise: Saw a couple of Contrails . Saw several Chemtrails. Here are a couple of pictures of today's trails. Since this morning there has been a thin layer of cloud over the Sacramento  area. A good bit of which is likely made up of chemtrails from the night before. Can't prove it but this does not seem to be a regular cloud. In pictures it is just a grey morass. If nothing else I'd have to say that the trails I observed today do serve to build or maintain the Chemtrail haze level.

Fri. June 23rd 06  Weather wise: Clear, I saw one very measely small cloud this morning. Trails wise: No trails. Our resident psychic says don't be surprised if they start spraying at night more. The weather folk on tv are saying that we are to have at least a week of over 100 degree weather.

Thu. June 22nd 06  Weather wise: Clear skies Trails wise: No Trails but I expect this to be the last day of that. The Haze has nearly faded out plus the wind is taking it southwards. Today is the first day of summer. We are at and will continue supposedly to stay in the 100's (temp wise) for the next week or so.

Wed. June 14th 06  Weather wise: Started out mostly clear then through the day it became mostly cloudy. Trails wise: Light Chemtrail day after two days of none. Saw a fair few this morning but as it clouded up through the day I did not see any more. Did get pictures of some of those I did see though, here are two views of one of them.

Mon. June 12th 06  Weather wise: Mostly cloudy Trails wise:No trails of any kind today. HAARP was fired off Friday afternoon. 48 hours later I am watching the weather man on tv exclaim with surprise how tropical storm Alberto inexplicably got boosted up (unusually fast) to hurricane force and status, becoming our first one of the season. Chemtrails Hubs resident psychic Neida Rios says that this is the result of HAARP being fired off on Friday. The shadow government is not realizing the greater effects of HAARPS use. You can aim it where you want but its effects go beyond, way beyond the target area. They are not looking at the larger picture. Everything is connected. When you screw with one thing, say the weather, your actions affect all others. Even those in other dimensional levels of existence. Thjese effects may manifest in obvious or subtle ways.

Depending upon how limited ones beliefs are we won't expect or think to look for connections between particular things. Neida says a similar thing happened with Katrina last year. Their actions in one area, with HAARP, had an affect on another area (New Orleans etc.). Without their realizing it, they added force to that Hurricane.

Sun. June 11th 06  Weather wise: Partly cloudy Trails wise: Day 15   In my 7 years of observing Chemtrails I have not documented  a stretch of 15 days solid when spraying was done before. It may have happened before but if so it has been quite awhile as I have no memory of this much spraying before. I wonder how far this will continue. Saw my first definite Chemtrails that were sprayed at night. It was a full moon and I saw one large and fairly spread out one over my home @ 10:30 and a  thinner one in the distance towards where the moon was. I took pictures but, no surprise, they did not show on my camera. I also saw moderate spraying in  the Manteca Modesto area late this afternoon. Here is a picture from these.

Sat. June 10th 06  Weather wise: Partly Cloudy? There was a few clouds here and there around sac this morning but I was not here for the rest of the day. Trails wise: Day 14 I saw Chemtrails being laid out this morning. I have one picture of todays Chemtrails. I was not here for the rest of the day so we will have to call this a light spray day since I don't know how prevalent it was here while I was gone.

Fri. June 9th 06  Weather wise: Clear except for the Chemtrail haze for most of the day. A few to some clouds later in the day. Trails wise: Day 13 Chemtrail haze this morning and Chemtrails later in the day. Light Spraying.  I got pictures this evening about 7:30 pm.

Today is THE day and D day for this experiment the shadow government is doing. Neida, in using her psychic ability picked up this information today: she says that this experiment is only going on here on America's West Coast. The government has a control group of plants and animals set aside so they can compare and contrast over the next two months.

It's THE day because HAARP is being activated today. Neida noticed that the switch was on about 11:30 Pacific Standard time. My guestimate is that it was only on for about an hour or less.

Here is what is going on today. The atmosphere for the last 12 days has been infused and saturated with chemicals and metals via these Chemtrails in our skies. Now, conditions are ripe for  the concoction that is now within the animals and on the plants to be electromagnetically energized. Frequencies generated specifically for animals and plants. Frequencies designed to weaken them. This will not genetically weaken us. They are refining the process they will be using on us again in the not too distant future. Thu. June 8th 06  Weather wise: Started out fairly clear but clouds developed more as the morning and day progressed. These had washed out bottoms and the clouds also did not seem normal or natural in appearance and behavior. Not something easily captured by camera. Trails wise: Day 12   Caught some very early morning trails with my camera. A modicum of Chemtrails were sprayed before noon but I saw none for the rest of the day. What chemtrails I did see were placed near the clouds that eventually came up North to Sacramento.

My mate Neida who is psychic told me today that there is one for day left to this genetic experiment that is being done on Animals and plant life. To weaken them. She said that if this works as they plan (which it won't) they hope to then use it on the people, you and I.  HAARP is part of this experiment. Neida says that non-physical beings are going to make this experiment a failure and depending upon what the government does with that the non-physicals will do more to halt it.

Wed. June 7th 06  Weather wise: Mostly clear initially. A bank of grey was out east of south Sac. This morning. Some of it may be real clouds but it does not for the most part feel that is  a natural cloud formation. Some cloud like formations have shown up. Not terribly convincing. Trails wise: Day 11   I grabbed a picture of some Chemtrails early this morning. I took pictures as the morning progressed. The trails are fairly constant so far today as of noontime. Moderate spraying during this time period. Little chemtrail spraying in the afternoon. Here are three pic.s

Tue. June 6th 06  Weather wise: Clear sky for most of the day. Some real clouds developed or moved in from the South later in the day. Trails wise: Heavy chemtrail spraying this morning to the East of me in South Sacramento and stretched a great ways north and south. This lasted from early morning till early afternoon at which time it slacked off to moderate spraying for the rest of the day. This is the 10th straight day of spraying. I took many pictures today, here are the best four.

My mate who is psychic says that there is something different with this spraying in the last 10 days. She says that "they" are about to do a particular biological experiment. They are trying to alter the genetics of plants and animals. If this works the next step will be to try it on humans.

The people who are actually doing this work believe their mission (as told to them) and actions are benign but the actual intent beyond that and them is of no good. "They" are actually trying to basically find an excellent way to sap our strength. A healthy and strong populace can resist their intent much more readily. See, this isn't the first time they've worked to affect us in this way. It is that they have not achieved a high enough percentage rate of effectiveness yet, so they continue to look for what will give them that. The "them" My mate and I are speaking of are the shadow government, the unofficial one behind the one we are usually presented with. ,FOX news, one of the mouth pieces of this government  pours forth the fearful views. Be very afraid they say!

Generally we run much of our lives out of fear. How can we effectively handle our challenges from that space. Not easily. There are Beings that make use of pawns like George Bush and Dick Cheney etcetera to maintain that fear and confusion. It is these non-physical beings that are most responsible not just for our wars but for the negative aspects of these Chemtrails also. They are trying to halt the expansion and the raising of our consciousness. Some call the energy of these beings evil, I (Joe) just call them the Very Unfriendlies.

Some HAARP as well as Chemtrail theorists have stated that mind control of the masses is one thing the shadow government is trying to achieve by using HAARP alone or in conjunction with Chemtrails. My mate (Chemtrail Hub's resident psychic) says that they have given up on using HAARP in mind control experiments. The tremendous variables within the human race are just too much to account for and overcome to achieve that in this manner. It simply cannot be done.
